I received a one-year ban for overstaying a visitors visa by 2 days, not realizing that visiting neighbouring countries counted towards the 90 days I was granted. After many attempts to appeal my ban with no response, I eventually accepted my fate and waited until the year lapsed. Iustitia have been great since I found them after a frantic Google search. I mistakenly overstayed in South Africa by only 2 days last Jan (2024) and got a 12-month ban as a result. I requested Iustitia to apply on my behalf for a Confirmation of Immigration Ban Upliftment (Waiver Letter). The information I had to provide had been clearly explained. The email was responded to and the application sent to DHA within days. A little over four weeks later they had received the Waiver Letter from DHA and alerted me.
